Write to support@veldo.app. To get a useful answer fast, tell us:

• what you were trying to do,
• what happened instead,
• your macOS version and the Veldo version (Veldo, About Veldo).

We aim to reply within one business day.

Refunds

Bought Veldo and it is not for you? Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, no back and forth. See theterms for the details.

Updates

Veldo updates itself. When a new version ships, the app offers to install it and relaunch, so you stay current without hunting for downloads. You can always grab the latest build from thedownload link.
